eBay Automation JP（以下「本サービス」）は、Yahoo!ショッピング等の商品情報を確認し、eBayへの出品、在庫監視、受注および発送業務を管理するための業務支援サービスです。
取得する情報
- Cloudflare Accessから受け取るメールアドレス、氏名およびユーザー識別子
- eBay OAuthにより許可された出品、在庫、注文、配送、アカウント設定等の情報
- 仕入先の商品URL、商品情報、価格、在庫およびポイント概算
- 操作履歴、監視結果、エラー情報およびセキュリティ監査記録
本サービスがeBayのパスワードを取得または保存することはありません。
利用目的
- eBay出品、在庫・価格同期、受注、発送および追跡番号登録
- 仕入先在庫切れ時の出品停止など、販売事故を防ぐための自動処理
- 利益計算、商品候補調査、英語タイトル・説明文案の作成
- 不正アクセス防止、障害調査、監査およびサービス改善
外部サービスと提供先
処理に必要な範囲で、eBay、LINEヤフー、Cloudflareおよび設定されたAIサービスへ情報を送信する場合があります。法令に基づく場合を除き、取得情報を第三者へ販売しません。
保存と削除
OAuthトークンは暗号化して保存します。情報は利用目的に必要な期間だけ保持し、eBayからのMarketplace Account Deletion通知、利用者からの削除依頼、またはサービス終了時に、法令上保持が必要な記録を除いて削除または匿名化します。
安全管理
アクセス制御、暗号化、環境分離、監査ログおよび最小権限のOAuthスコープを用いて情報を保護します。

eBay Automation JP (the “Service”) assists with sourcing-product review, eBay listing, inventory monitoring, order handling, shipping, and tracking operations.
Information we process
- Email address, name, and user identifier received from Cloudflare Access
- Listing, inventory, order, fulfillment, and account-setting information authorized through eBay OAuth
- Supplier URLs, product details, prices, availability, and estimated reward points
- Operation history, monitoring results, errors, and security audit records
The Service never obtains or stores an eBay password.
Purposes
We use this information to manage eBay listings, synchronize inventory and prices, process orders and shipment tracking, prevent sales of unavailable items, calculate estimated profit, prepare product research and English listing drafts, secure the Service, investigate failures, and maintain audit records.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be transmitted to eBay, LY Corporation services, Cloudflare, and a configured AI provider only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell collected information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention and deletion
OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form. Information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Upon an eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notification, a valid user request, or termination of the Service, information is deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required.
Security
We use access control, encryption, environment separation, audit logging, and least-privilege OAuth scopes to protect information.
